My name is Benedicte Marie, a 27 year old woman from the west of Norway, passionately devoted to the spiritual approach of living, relating, loving, healing and being.

A poet by heart, a human and a healer;
a lover and a leader; a soul and a seeker.

My mission is this life is to touch and be touched; by the infinite waves, wonders, wisdom and beauty - that lives within everything and everyone we encounter on our path.

My life is my practice; of tearing down the walls and wounds that was carried down by my ancestreal lineage, and keep leaning towards the center and heart of my purest truest essence.

Over the last years I have been educating myself to become a practitioner of many different holistic approaches to health and healing. Down below you can read more about my professions and trainings, although education is nothing without the practice of embodiment and walking the path, and therefore the greatest teachings I have gained comes from the raw educational path of living and healing.
